Community Rules
Rabbithole is a place to learn AI. Friends, follows and weekly leagues are there to keep you going, so everyone has to be able to feel safe in them. These rules apply to everyone, everywhere in the app.
Zero tolerance
We don't allow any of these, anywhere on Rabbithole:
- Harassment or bullying of anyone.
- Hate: attacking or demeaning people for who they are, such as their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
- Sexual content of any kind.
- Threats or violence, including encouraging anyone to hurt themselves or others.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, a company or the Rabbithole team.
- Spam: ads, scams, links to sell things, or fake accounts.
- Illegal content, or promoting anything illegal.
- Doxxing: sharing anyone's private information, such as a home address, phone number or email, including your own.
Your name, username and avatar
Other learners can see your name, username and avatar, so they have to follow these rules too. We also check names and usernames against a list of words we don't allow.
How to report or block someone
Tap the learner's card in the Friends tab or in your league, then:
- Report asks what's wrong (their name, their avatar, harassment or something else) and sends the report to us from the app. They aren't told who reported them. If the app can't send it, an email to us opens with their username filled in instead.
- Block ends any follow between you and hides them from your search, friends and leaderboard. They aren't told.
You can also email team@rabbithole.pro with their username and what happened.
What we do
- We review every report within 24 hours.
- We remove content that breaks these rules, such as a name, username or avatar, and remove accounts that break them.
- Repeat or serious violations get the account removed.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, email team@rabbithole.pro with your username and tell us why. We'll look again.
Minimum age
You must be at least 13 to use Rabbithole. In EU and UK countries where the law sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own (up to 16), you must be that age, unless a parent or guardian has given consent. See our privacy policy.
