What to include

1. What happened, and what you expected instead.
2. Where: the course and lesson (or practice) name, and the question if it's about one.
3. A screenshot, if you can. It's the fastest way for us to see it.
4. Your phone and iOS version (Settings › General › About).
5. Your username, if you made a profile, so we can look into your account.

Please don't send passwords or payment details. We never need them: payments are handled by Apple.
